Difference between nylon and polyester lanyard

Normally, nylon ribbon is first woven and then dyed, so the color of the yarn after cutting will be white because of uneven dyeing of the color of the yarn, and Polyester ribbon is dyed yarn first and then woven, so there will be no yarn into white phenomenon; In contrast, nylon ribbon is more shiny and softer than Polyester ribbon. Chemical reactions by combustion are also distinguishable; General nylon ribbon price higher than polyester ribbon.

Difference between sublimated logo and silkscreen logo

Normally sublimated logo lanyard no need to dye color, as background color and logo can be made on lanyard, so just need client to pay digital tape.

Silkscreen logo needs to dye the lanyard first, then print logo color, 1 color 1 digital tape, so the price is higher than sublimated logo.

But for small details, and client need more clear, silkscreen logo effect is much better than sublimated logo.
